Has anyone had really bad achy legs in early pregnancy am only 4 weeks, found out today but since mon have had crampy/achy legs and they are getting on my nerves!! The pain can range from a mild, dull ache to a painful stabbing sensation. Seems like it can be a sign of af or bfp, fc its the latter for you x.
